Returns for costumes are a bit tricky, I think you have a limited window and it needs to be unworn with tags. Check their site, but it's not like Amazon where you can just send anything back.

I returned a mask once, it was pretty straightforward but I made sure it was still in perfect condition. Pretty standard stuff, just don't try to send back something you've already worn to a party lol.

Nah, they're usually pretty good. I got a historical costume last year and it was definitely not a 'bag costume' from Spirit. More theatrical grade.

Yeah, some stuff is definitely higher end. They have pro stage makeup too so I assume the costumes follow suit. Not everything is blockbuster movie quality but it's not cheap stuff either. You can usually tell from the price point too.
